The existing ranch and educational facility is owned and managed by UC Santa Barbara. The stunning property is located in the scenic Santa Ynez valley.

The project objective was to rebuild roads and improve vehicular circulation. The technical plans were focused on construction details for road structure. The roads were designed in compliance with fire access.
