Rancho Potrero is located in the scenic hills of coastal Ventura County. The project was developed by Conejo Recreation & Park District in early 2022 offering an equestrian facility to the public. In addition, the rolling hills & natural setting showcase miles of existing public trail and recreational opportunity.

The project objective was to design & construct an educational equestrian facility that would complement the natural environment. Our focus was to minimize the environmental impact and support native habitat through strategic planning and thoughtful design. The project is unique offering an equestrian facility to the public.
