Ceasar Chavez Foundation is accomplished in building high-quality, service-enhanced, affordable housing for working families. The East End Village development incorporates affordable housing with commercial real estate and public park space. The mixed-use development is designed to improve the local community and the City of Pomona. The project is a collaboration with Onyx Architects to support the Ceasar Chavez Foundation in this modern mixed-use development. Our team focused on blending nature with urban space. Our design is unified by open spaces, walking paths, plazas, seating, and gathering areas. A central courtyard serves as a focal point connecting the residents with passive gathering. The public park offers open space and recreational amenities.
